Still Haunted

Nagapattinam, 2009 – on a rainy day

It’s been 5 years since the day the Tsunami waves rolled into this coast and took away 6000 lives, but the people here still retreated in fear whenever the sea looked menacing. They thought, the ‘angels of death’ were right behind them, watching!!

Towards God

“To fall in love with God is the greatest of all romances; to seek him, the greatest adventure; to find him, the greatest human achievement.” – Raphael Simon

Still Haunted

Nagapatanam, December 26, 2009.

Torrential rain had left this beach ravaged and the scene resembled the aftermath of 2004 Tsunami which claimed 6000 lives along this coast exactly 5 year back from the date I took this photograph.

Leading the Lines

Palolem Beach, Goa – Nov 27, 2013

Of all the pictures I took in Goa, this one’s my favourite. Every morning when the tides are high, this place remains under water, and post lunch when the water retreats, the beach transforms into a flat playground.
